We at U-Matter are working to make our site www.u-matter.co.uk accessible to people with disabilities.
Our approach
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim that this website currently meets every requirement. A complete accessibility assessment has not yet been completed.
Known limitations
Some controls and text still need contrast and keyboard-access checks. The mobile account menu needs further layout improvements. A complete accessibility assessment has not yet been completed. Our current work includes clearer headings, readable text, colour contrast, usable navigation and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Shopping and account features
Store, account and payment interfaces also need to be tested as part of the complete shopping journey. If a feature prevents you from obtaining product or order information, please contact us using the details below. We do not claim that third-party interfaces have been fully assessed.
