Refund Policy
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.
How to start a return
Please contact florinconstantinpantelimon@gmail.com before returning an item. We’ll provide return instructions.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind or size return, the customer is responsible for return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are handled after the returned item is received and checked. Where applicable, standard delivery charges are refunded in line with your statutory rights.
