You have 30 days from the day you receive your items to send them back to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached so we can process your request quickly and smoothly. Easy returns and refunds
Shipping from our UK base to our customers across Europe, we aim to keep things simple. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely at our warehouse.
What you need to know about items
For hygiene reasons, some items like earrings or swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken or tags are removed. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately so we can fix it for you.
