We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders are fulfilled through Printful and may be dispatched from different fulfilment facilities. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date unless this is expressly agreed.

Open the Size Guide on the product page. Each guide contains measurements for that specific product in centimetres and inches, with measuring instructions. Compare them with a similar garment you already own, laid flat. Chest width is the width of the garment, not body circumference. The hoodie runs small: Printful recommends choosing one size larger than your usual size.

No stress. As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, you can request a return within the time frame stated in our Refund Policy. Check the Refund Policy page for full details and how to start a return.

The current CORE / 01 collection is offered in black. If you need a different size, contact florinconstantinpantelimon@gmail.com with your order number before returning the item. We will explain the available return or replacement options in line with our Return Policy and your statutory rights. Do not send a return to Printful without instructions from us.

Follow the care instructions on your product label. Care requirements differ between products, including the beanie, so do not apply one washing method to the whole collection. If you are unsure, email florinconstantinpantelimon@gmail.com before washing.

Most of our pieces are designed to be unisex with a relaxed streetwear fit. Check each product description and size guide for specific fit notes so you can choose what feels best for you.
