U-Matter is operated by Florin-Constantin Pantelimon, trading as U-Matter.
Business correspondence address: 69 Macnaghten Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 1GL, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to purchases from www.u-matter.co.uk. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Our correspondence address is not a parcel-return address. Email us for the correct return instructions; statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Orders, prices and delivery

Check the product description, size guide, selected size and colour, delivery details and total before ordering. Images illustrate the product and screens can display colours differently. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

If an order cannot be fulfilled or an obvious pricing error is found, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute a different product or charge more without your agreement. Payments received for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you order. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them.

Returns, consumer rights and complaints

Read our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page for the return process and any additional offer applying to your purchase. For ordinary online purchases, UK consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us they are cancelling, then a further 14 days to send them back. Any longer return promise made when you ordered will be honoured. Standard catalogue clothing is not excluded merely because it is printed to order.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us about a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. Statutory remedies, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods where applicable, are not limited by Printful's policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory consumer rights.

For complaints, email florinconstantinpantelimon@gmail.com with your order number where relevant. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live within the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Changes apply to future orders, not to rights attached to an existing purchase.

Do not misuse this site or infringe others' rights. Our branding and original artwork may not be used commercially without permission, except where law permits. U-Matter is a clothing brand, not a healthcare or counselling service; its messages do not promise a health outcome. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used.
